Steps to Reset the Device: 1. Turn Off: Take out both earbuds from the charging box and turn it off – Long press both the earbuds until the red light appears and then let go. 2. Sync Together: Long press both the earbuds at the same time. You will first see alternate white flashes and then see alternate red & white flashes twice. The second red & white flash will blink after a few seconds of long press. After the second flash blink, you can let go of the long press. 3. Now insert both the earbuds back to the charger box. 4. In your mobile device, go to Bluetooth paired list and remove the paired devices (Mi True Wireless Earbuds Basic_L and Mi True Wireless Earbuds Basic_R – if you had paired both the R & L earlier) 5. Take out both the earbuds and turn them on – first the right earbud and then the left earbud. Both the earbuds should be paired to each other at this stage 6. In the Bluetooth device list on the mobile device, Connect Mi True Wireless Earbuds Basic_R only and it will automatically connect with the Mi True Wireless Earbuds Basic_L. Connecting the left earbud first makes only one earbud usable and requires a reset as explained above. Impedance:16Ω
